Steak chicken with thyme and lemon in the oven

To prepare the lemon sauce:
Lemon juice: a quarter of a cup
Chicken broth: half a cup
Starch: a tablespoon
Vinegar: a tablespoon
Honey: a tablespoon
Vegetable oil: 2 tablespoons
- Chicken breast: 500 grams (sliced)
- Starch: 2 tablespoons
- Black pepper: half a teaspoon
- Onions: 1 piece (chopped)
- Ginger: a tablespoon (fresh and chopped)
How to prepare

Mix the starch with black pepper and dip the chicken in it, then fry the chicken with a spoon of oil over a high heat until it becomes golden brown, then mix the sauce ingredients in a bowl and make sure that the starch is completely dissolved.
Put a spoonful of vegetable oil and fry the onions and ginger.
Add the sauce to the onions and ginger and stir over a low heat until the sauce thickens.
Add the fried chicken and leave it with the mixture until the ingredients are homogeneous, for 5 minutes.
Serve hot with rice or baked potatoes.
