Creamy chicken steak



- Chicken breast: 6 breasts
- Salt: to taste
- Black pepper: to taste
- Butter: 2 tablespoons
- Chicken broth: a third of a cup
- Onions: 2 tablets (chopped)
- Thyme: a teaspoon (ground)
- Water: a quarter of a cup
- Cooking cream: a cup
- Corn starch: 2 teaspoons (mixed with a tablespoon of water)

How to prepare

    1. Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt and black pepper.
    2. In a frying pan on the fire, melt the butter and put the chicken pieces, then leave them until they are cooked on both sides, then pour the chicken broth on them and leave the ingredients until they boil well.
    3. Add the thyme and water, then cover the pot and leave the ingredients for about 30 minutes until they are soft.
    4. Add the cream and starch mixture to the chicken, then season with black pepper and salt.
    5. Stir the ingredients until they are homogeneous, then leave the mixture on the fire until it sticks, then serve.
